Payment Methods

We accept payment by any of the following methods:

  • PayPal

  • Credit cards

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard.

Unfortunately we do not currently accept Amex or American Express payments.

We take your security seriously. All confidential information, including credit card details, is held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Any personal data you provide to us, is held and processed in accordance our Privacy & Safety.

We do not share your credit card details with third parties.

Payment will be taken on dispatch of an order. 

If you are not happy with your purchase then you are entitled to a refund, if it is requested within 14 days. However you are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges unless there is a fault or defect in the product.

Once the products are received, we will ensure they are in good condition and will refund the purchase amount via the same payment method used in the purchase.

 

The refund period may vary between 3 and 12 working days from receipt of the return to us. Once the condition of the returned items has been inspected, the customer will be notified by e-mail.
