Studio Assistant

 

About us:

OSOON London is an independent artisan home fragrance and toiletry specialist. OSOON London was founded in London, UK in 2018 with the love of natural ingredients and sustainability. OSOON London provides tailored products and services to its customers.

The role will involve:

  • General administration.

  • Answering telephone calls in a polite and professional manner.

  • Work with the production manager to help packages used for our products in the studio

  • Engage in projects supporting operational efficiency and effectiveness

  • Organising couriers and communicating with logistic companies.

Job Type: Full -time, Permanent

Working hours: Mon-Fri (9:00 am – 4:30 pm)

Location: London, N19

Salary: £18,000~£22,000 per year.

Requirements:

  • Must have an experience of working within a similar environment in the UK

  • Degree in business or similar is an advantage but not essential

  • Ability to be a team player with a positive attitude, self-driven, with good communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)

  • Willingness to learn new concepts and apply fundamental knowledge

  • Must be eligible to work in the UK

  • Work closely with the senior business development manager to bring high quality services to our clients.

  • Communicate with the clients and the production team to deliver great services.

  • Manage, retain, and grow our existing portfolio of some of the most valuable and well-known global client brands, providing expertise throughout the client journey

Working hours: Mon-Fri (9:00 am – 5:00 pm)

Location: London, N19

Salary: £22,000~£25,000 per year.
