Where is my order?

How do I return my order?


You can return your order by post. Just return it to the address [OSOON home Ltd 74 Redmans road London E1 3AG] within 14 days of receipt. The products should be in original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges unless there is a fault or defect in the product.

Is Next day delivery available?


Next day delivery is available in UK mainland, on orders placed prior to 12pm, excluding weekends and Bank holidays.




How do I choose my country for shipping?

How long is the refund period?


Once the products are received, we will ensure they are in good condition and will refund the purchase amount via the same payment method used in the purchase. The refund period may vary between 3 and 12 working days from receipt of the return to us. Once the condition of the returned items has been inspected, the customer will be notified by e-mail.
